  • Eligibility: Available to clients who have partnered with Sprucewood for at least 2 years.

  • Upgrade Financing: Covers up to $20,000 in funding for approved property upgrades or renovations.

  • Repayment: Pay back the investment monthly at a low interest rate, directly through your management account—no need to deal with external lenders.

  • Scope of Work: Applies to value-boosting improvements such as unit renovations, energy efficiency upgrades, common area enhancements, or curb appeal improvements.
